Daniel 1: 14-17
So he listened to them in this matter and tested them for ten days. At the end of ten days their appearance seemed better and they were fatter than all the youths who had been eating the king’s choice food. So the overseer continued to withhold their choice food and the wine they were to drink, and kept giving them vegetables. As for these four youths, God gave them knowledge and intelligence in every branch of literature and wisdom; Daniel even understood all kinds of visions and dreams.

- God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘Yahweh, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’ This [Yahweh] is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation.” (Exodus 3: 15)
- “Therefore behold, I am going to make them know—this time I will make them know My power and My might; and they shall know that My name is Yahweh.” (Jeremiah 16: 21)
- “Behold, the days are coming,” declares Yahweh, “when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch; and He will reign as king and act wisely and do justice and righteousness in the land. In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely; and this is His name by which He will be called, ‘Yahweh our righteousness.’” (Jeremiah 23: 5-6)
- Yeshua said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.” (John 8: 58)

Eyal Zisser: Erdoğan is in trouble again— A decade after rising to power, Turkish Prime Minister Erdoğan has zero friends and is facing a growing number of problems.
Jerusalem Post Editorial: Erdogan’s outrage—Turkish PM’s outrageous comments equating Zionism with “crimes against humanity” have largely been left unchallenged by leading global leaders.
Michael Rubin: Is Turkish Nationalism a Crime Against Humanity?—I write this with tongue in cheek, but given not only Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s declaration that Zionism is a crime against humanity but also because his Turkish constituency has rallied around him, it is important that Turks consider the implication of Erdoğan’s efforts to de-legitimize the State of Israel and the Jewish nationalist enterprise.
David P. Goldman: Tayyip Erdogan’s Cave of Wonders—….We obtain some insight into Erdogan’s warped view of the world by considering the leading ideologue of Turkish Islamism, Fethullah Gulen. I profiled him in a September 2010 Asia Times essay. He presides over a business empire worth tens of billions of dollars and a system of Islamist schools that stretches from Central Asia to charter schools in the United States. The Gulen organization took control of Turkey by infiltrating its security services in a patient march through the institutions over the past two decades. Gulen’s pan-Turkic mysticism views Turkey as the center of a new caliphate uniting the Muslim world. He preaches a “Turkish renaissance” with a modern spin “to ensure that religion and science go together and that science penetrates not only individual lives, but also social life.”
Michael Rubin: Turkey Doesn’t Deserve the Olympics—Turkey is one of three finalists for the 2020 Summer Olympics. Its chief competitor is Tokyo. Madrid, because of Spain’s financial woes, remains a long shot. The Turkish press often reports endorsements of its bid, most recently by former London mayor Ken Livingstone and also by U.S. Ambassador Frank Ricciardone, whose unprofessional endorsement seemed motivated more by a desire to make himself popular in Turkey than by U.S. policy.
Anne Bayefsky and Prager University: The UN vs. Israel— The UN is obsessed with one country’s human rights record, and it’s not North Korea, Iran or Syria.
Yehuda Shlezinger: A tough blow to the haredim— At the moment it seems inevitable that a government will be established without haredim.
Mati Tuchfeld: Strange days indeed— It is an upside down situation when the right-wingers are yearning for leftist party Labor to come and save them.
Dan Margalit: A Netanyahu-Lapid-Bennett coalition— From a right-wing point of view, this is the best government that could be established.
Bridget Johnson: Barak to AIPAC: Political Will to Stand Up to Iran Failing the Syria Test—Israeli defense minister: “All options must remain on the table… and we expect all those who say it to mean it. We mean it.”
Barry Rubin: Why the CIA Director is Wrong: Rethinking al-Qaida—It’s time, a dozen years after September 11 and following Islamist coups in the Gaza Strip; Islamist electoral revolutions in Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon, and Turkey; and a probable Islamist victory during the next year in Syria–to rethink completely our view of al-Qaida.
Larry Bell: Yes! We Should Defund The U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change— It seems that along with 17 years of flat global temperatures there is some evidence that we are witnessing some cooling on global warming hype and hysteria in Washington as well. Following President Obama’s State of the Union pledge to double down on his frenetic “green” war to prevent climate change, U.S. Representative Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) has introduced legislation to discontinue any more taxpayer green from being used to advance the U.N.’s economy-ravaging agendas. The proposed bill would prohibit future U.S. funding for the alarmist Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), and also for the Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), a scam devoted to redistributing American wealth in penance for our unfair capitalist free market prosperity.
Marita Noon: Can Global Warmist Get Their Story Straight?— Two of catastrophic climate change’s staunchest supporters have been out on the stump promoting their cause—with conflicting statements.
Daniel Greenfield: Are Islamists Trying to Drive Christians Out of Benghazi?—Obama justified his Libyan War by claiming that he was protecting the people of Benghazi. But when will Obama stand up for the Christians of Benghazi?
Jeff Jacoby: Europe’s Hezbollah cowardice— What would Churchill say of the European elites today who imagine that the best way to confront the threat posed by Hezbollah, one of the world’s deadliest and most fanatic terror networks, is likewise to avoid any confrontation?
Kristen Chick: In Egypt, Kerry gets an earful from the opposition— In Cairo Secretary of State John Kerry was told Egypt’s secular-leaning opposition sees the US as an ally of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Fred Weir: Moscow says US aid for Syria helps ‘extremists’— Russia accelerated the war of words over Syria, accusing the US of undermining recent efforts to move toward a negotiated settlement between the Bashar al-Assad regime and its opponents by “encouraging extremists” at this week’s Friends of Syria meeting in Rome.
Steve McCann: Barack Obama: The Man Behind the Mask—Sixty-three months ago Barack Obama officially declared his candidacy for President. Only now are some among the so-called media and ruling elites in America slowly awakening from their self-induced infatuation and beginning to understand who he is.
Thomas Lifson: Democrat war on women continues—Somebody tell Sandra Fluke: a Democrat state rep on Connecticut made a lewd remark to a 17 year old girl in a hearing, and also refuses to accept females as interns on his staff.
Rick Moran: Napolitano: ‘Border is secure’—Napolitano’s dodge is necessary because the Obama administration needs immigration reform to go forward, separate from the issue of border security.
Lee DeCovnick: The feverish de-legitimization of personal self-defense—The madness of the government schools.
Mark Almonte: Why does anyone need a high-capacity magazine?—For a lot of reasons, actually.
Daniel Greenfield: The Left’s Quest for Texas—Dems lay the ground work for the next Alamo in hopes of turning the Lone Star State blue.
Michelle Malkin: Sharia Education in Texas—And why it may affect you.
Arnold Ahlert: How the Democrats Destroyed Detroit—Leftist policies drive an iconic American city into bankruptcy.
Ed Driscoll: ‘In Detroit, You Can’t Talk Aesthetics without Talking Ruin Porn’—No need to hop on a jet plane anymore to visit Cuba or North Korea, to visit socialist-induced ruins.
Matthew Vadum: The Racism of Gun Control—Black civil rights leaders condemn history of racist Dem attacks on the Second Amendment.
Michael Barone: For Obama, Politics Always Trumps Governing—Do we have a president or a perpetual candidate? It’s not an entirely unfair question.

Blessings in the Book of Revelation is a book that you need to read, especially now. There are blessings throughout the Scriptures but Revelation is the only book in the Bible actually containing a specific blessing for reading it. It’s repeated twice, once at the beginning and again at the end. This is the reason that I believe Revelation should be the first step toward studying biblical prophecy. Though not easy to do, Revelation can be broken down and understood by anyone, not just the academic elite. So, Revelation’s blessings are for everyone. Click here to order the eBook.
