Michael Cohen Lied to the Very End of the Hearing
I watched Michael Cohen’s testimony before the House committee today. These are my conclusions:
- Cohen already whittled down a 70-year prison sentence to 3 years, and he’s doing everything he can do to reduce his time in jail even more.
- Cohen was asked when he had a change of heart about President Trump. He never answered the question, but I know the answer. Cohen had a change of heart when the special prosecutor told him that he faced 70 years in prison.
- Cohen has been charged with personal wrongdoing. That’s why he is going to jail. President Trump had nothing to do with his many crimes.
- Cohen did his best to portray himself as an honest and a repentant man. He’s neither. He’s angling for advantage. Blasting away at the president is the price he is paying today for payoffs down the road.
- President Trump called Cohen a “rat”. He’s worse than that. He’s a snake in the grass. Cohen can’t be trusted anytime about anything. He’s not just a liar. He’s a morally reprehensible human being who has a long history of criminal acts.
- Cohen committed perjury today before the House committee. He should be held accountable. That 70-year sentence is still a possibility. I hope he gets it.
- This sticks in my craw: Cohen says that he’s Jewish. He’s not. He is a Levite. Levites were designated by Yahweh to serve in the Tabernacle and the Temple. They were the holy men who held their positions by heredity. Moses was a Levite. So was his brother, Aaron. Only descendants of Judah are Jewish. Cohen’s claim to be Jewish has to do with the fact that he practices Judaism. Judaism is a religion. Search the Tanach/Old Testament. You won’t find anything associated with Yahweh establishing Judaism. It’s a man-made religion that was born during the Babylonian Captivity in the 500s BC. It was an attempt by non-Levites to take control of Judah and Benjamin. Keep in mind that Israel and Judah divided into two kingdoms after King Solomon’s death, Israel in the north and Judah in the south. Israel manufactured its own religion and was punished for doing it. Judah and Benjamin did the same thing and suffered the same result. Both kingdoms abandoned Yahweh. In the end, the Pharisee sect of Judaism took control of the Southern Kingdom. See The Trilogy.
- This is the best evidence that Judaism is not from Yahweh. Throughout the Tanach/Old Testament, Yahweh commands His people to tell the world who He is by Name. In the mid-second century BC, leaders in Judaism forbade the use of Yahweh’s Name. The penalty for violating their decree was death. See Sanhedrin 7:5 for specifics. In fairness to Cohen, where Judaism is concerned, he has bought into a lie. He has been taught and he believes that people are Jewish if they practice Judaism. That is nonsensical, but lots of people believe it.
For Gentiles (people who are not direct descendants of Jacob/Israel), it’s even more absurd. They are taught that if they convert to Judaism, they become Jews. That conclusion flies in the face of everything Yahweh said about the importance of heredity. Again, Jewish people are direct descendants of Judah. Similarly, Levites are direct descendants of Levi. Israelites are direct descendants of Jacob/Israel.
There is plenty of room in Yahweh’s kingdom for Gentiles, but the path to His kingdom is not through Judaism. Yahweh demands faith. It’s the faith of Abraham.
Where Yahweh is concerned, details matter a lot. This is one detail that really matters.
Judaism is a problem. You can’t understand Yahweh’s statements about Israel and Judah unless you draw the distinctions I’ve made. No amount of religious pandering can change that fact.

When I was involved in politics, I met lots of people like Michael Cohen. He’s a run-of-the-mill suck-up. He sucks up to people with wealth and power and gets as close to them as he can hoping to parlay that into a relationship that leads to personal fame and fortune. That’s what the evidence shows.
Until now, Cohen’s only claim to fame has been his relationship with Donald Trump. He’s not a good lawyer. The facts speak for themselves. He’s not a good fixer, either. And Then Came Robert Mueller
Everything changed when Robert Mueller’s investigators raided Cohen’s offices and his apartment and told him that he faced 70 years in prison. To reduce that number to 3 years, Cohen had to sing a different tune, and he was more than willing to do it. The man who proudly boasted that he would take a bullet for the president started making up stories about him to avoid life in prison.
Cohen’s closing monologue in the hearing was partly a sales pitch for a book he plans to write and partly fodder for left-leaning prosecutors who will pursue President Trump for the next 6 years. Cohen probably didn’t write it. If he did write it, he probably allowed Trump haters to edit it. It was otherworldly. The bottom line: Michael Cohen is a shameless liar. He is as reliable as a limp reed. He’ll have some explaining to do when he meets Yahweh, but he won’t have anything to say. He has no defense.
