How Writing His Name is Yahweh Got Started
My first foray into the Christian genre as a writer started out as an issue that I was praying about, and it developed into the book His Name is Yahweh. Yahweh is God’s Personal Name; it is the Name in which we have salvation; and it is the only Name we were told to declare to the world.
His Name is Yahweh is based on Scripture, and there are more than 800 citations documenting every subject addressed in the book. Even so, Christian traditions are well-established, and many Bible-believing church-goers have a hard time accepting the message because it challenges many of those traditions.
Sharing His Name is Yahweh with Christian people has taught me an important lesson. I can’t accomplish anything on my own. That’s exactly what Jesus said in John 15: 5, and my experience has brought that truth home to me in a personal way. Only God can change people’s hearts, and He will have to reveal the importance of His Name to them. My job is to tell them what I know. Yahweh takes over from there.
In my case, because I know overcoming Christian tradition is a major obstacle that I cannot deal with on my own, I am excited and blessed each time I see Him soften another heart and lead His people to the truth. My goal is not to get ahead of Yahweh or behind Him, but to walk with Him side-by-side.
I wouldn’t even hazard a guess as to the number of times I have tried unsuccessfully to tell people about the importance of the Name Yahweh. The more I tried to explain, the more entrenched people became. The more religious they were, the more fixed their positions became. Trying to find a Christian publisher to take on the project was even more problematic. I’ve come to realize that most of them aren’t as interested in advancing knowledge or following the truth as they are in other things, like making lots of money, for instance. Their day of reckoning is coming.
Keep in mind that Jesus drove the moneychangers out of the Temple. They were part of the religious establishment at that time. In fact, they handled the flow of funds. Church history abounds with examples of so-called “Christian leaders” bilking the people to whom they should have been ministering. As I said, it helps to keep things in perspective.
This is a fundamental truth that Yahweh taught me as I struggled to communicate the message He lead me to deliver:
“Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless Yahweh guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to retire late, to eat the bread of painful labors; for He gives to His beloved (even in his) sleep.” Psalm 127: 1-2
That may be the most important passage in the Bible. If not, it’s certainly on a very short list of important passages. As I said, eventually I published His Name is Yahweh on the Internet at www.hisnameisyahweh.org, and it’s now available as an eBook and as a paperback. As I’m writing this chapter, hundreds of thousands of people visit the site each year and download the manuscript and audio files that I prepared for people who would rather listen than read. The number of visits to the site is increasing at an annualized rate of about 50 percent, and as I said, everything on the site is absolutely free. There isn’t even a request for donations or a hint that donations are needed or hoped for. I’m as turned off by the commercialization of Christianity as I hope you are. Yahweh gave me a gift, and I’m sharing it with others.
This is the lesson I had to learn. Yahweh’s message to the world has been paid for in full already. He paid for it with His blood, and all we have to do is receive his gift. Keep in mind that whatever job Yahweh gives you to do should become a central part of your prayer life. Each day you should pray for His direct involvement in everything you do, and then look for His hand in your daily activities so you stay on the right path.

Jeremiah 51: 56-58
For the destroyer is coming against her, against Babylon, and her mighty men will be captured, their bows are shattered; for Yahweh is a God of recompense, he will fully repay. “I will make her princes and her wise men drunk, her governors, her prefects and her mighty men, that they may sleep a perpetual sleep and not wake up,” declares the King, whose name is Yahweh Sabaoth. Thus says Yahweh Sabaoth, “The broad wall of Babylon will be completely razed and her high gates will be set on fire; so the peoples will toil for nothing, and the nations become exhausted only for fire.”

His Name is Yahweh explains why the Name of God, Yahweh, is so important. It’s available in eBook format and in paperback.
- God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘Yahweh, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’ This [Yahweh] is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation.” (Exodus 3: 15)
- “Therefore behold, I am going to make them know—this time I will make them know My power and My might; and they shall know that My name is Yahweh.” (Jeremiah 16: 21)
- “Behold, the days are coming,” declares Yahweh, “when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch; and He will reign as king and act wisely and do justice and righteousness in the land. In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely; and this is His name by which He will be called, ‘Yahweh our righteousness.’” (Jeremiah 23: 5-6)

Stand! is a suspense novel that exposes the lies, corruption, and greed underlying the theory that man-made CO2 emissions are responsible for global warming. Professor Wes Carlyle and Karen Sterling, his research collaborator, carefully scan the audience for their would-be attacker—a member of the enviro-gestapo who has been following them for days. Wes spots his man in the back of the room leaning against the wall. Suddenly, another man in the audience steps forward and moves toward Karen at a menacing pace. With a vicious stroke, he swings a billy club at her head. Click here to order the eBook. Click here to order the paperback.

Blessings in the Book of Revelation is a book that you need to read, especially now. There are blessings throughout the Scriptures but Revelation is the only book in the Bible actually containing a specific blessing for reading it. It’s repeated twice, once at the beginning and again at the end. This is the reason that I believe Revelation should be the first step toward studying biblical prophecy. Though not easy to do, Revelation can be broken down and understood by anyone, not just the academic elite. So, Revelation’s blessings are for everyone. Click here to order the eBook.
