SnyderTalk Commentary: The world press condemns Israel for stopping the Gaza flotilla. Nothing new there. President Obama’s bomb-throwing terrorist friend, Bill Ayers, is involved in the Free Gaza Movement. That’s to be expected. Venezuela’s President, Hugo Chavez, says he wants to be on the next boat running the blockade. No surprise there. Chavez craves attention.

So what’s new? The Gaza flotilla terrorists have a kindred spirit in the White House. The US joined the UN Security Council in “condemn(ing) those acts which resulted in the loss of at least 10 civilians and many wounded.” Additionally, sources in the White House told The Washington Post there is a “general sense in the administration that it’s time to change our Gaza policy.”

The Obama administration has been preparing for this day since mid-March. That’s when Israel’s interior minister unveiled plans for new housing construction in Jerusalem while Vice President Biden was in Israel. Immediately, a well-rehearsed firestorm of derisory remarks about Israel emanating from the White House ensued. Hillary Clinton, David Axelrod, Rahm Emanuel, the vice president, and the president were in full attack mode. You can see the details in the Page in the column on the right titled “Dunce Award Recipients”. Just scroll down to March 11, 2010 and continue from there.

Despite assurances to the contrary, the obvious purpose of the flotilla was to cast Israel in a negative light on the global stage, but things went awry. While IDF soldiers boarded boats to search for weapons bound for Hamas-controlled Gaza, a ruckus broke out. It was captured on video, and the tables were turned when Israel released the unedited footage. Interestingly, the mastermind behind the operation was the prime minister of Turkey. As I said in yesterday’s SnyderTalk post (June 4, 2010), “Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan….had to know what Israeli soldiers would do if they were attacked.” To believe otherwise is preposterous, especially since the “peace loving” flotilla cast and crew were armed to the teeth. They had and used an array of weapons, including stun grenades. PM Erdogan bears most of the responsibility for the carnage, but the people who joined the flotilla share responsibility for putting their lives in harm’s way.

This is the bottom line. The whole world is ganging up on Israel like a pack of wild dogs, and the US president has positioned our country to be part of the bunch. Thankfully, this time we don’t have to rely on the mainstream media for facts. On sites like SnyderTalk, you can read about and watch what happened without a mainstream media filter. In World War II, the German people claimed that they had no idea what Hitler was doing to the Jews. Today, no one who has a computer can claim ignorance.

SnyderTalk Commentary: PM Erdogan, thou shalt not bear false witness, or be a hypocrite. Your actions led to the deaths of those people, and they knew that they were putting themselves in harm’s way. Don’t think for one second that you can blame Israel for your blunders. Your Islamist brethren may buy it, but I don’t and neither do my readers. Yahweh willing, our numbers will grow and your duplicity and hypocrisy will become apparent to people all over the world.

The passengers on this boat are ignorant at best. The organizers are criminals.
