January 23, 2023 SnyderTalk—Roe v. Wade made Premediated Murder Legal

“Seek Yahweh while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him. Turn to our Elohim, for He will abundantly pardon.”

Roe v. Wade made Premediated Murder Legal

See “On 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Kamala Harris urges federal abortion protections”:

Fifty years ago, before Roe v. Wade made abortion on demand legal in the United States, abortions were used by doctors routinely if the child’s birth threatened the life of the mother. Saving the mother’s life was the top priority because she could have more children.

That was SOP: Standard Operating Procedure.

The only thing Roe v. Wade “accomplished” was the legalization of the killing of perfectly healthy unborn children by their perfectly healthy mothers.

In a nutshell, Roe v. Wade made premediated murder legal. That’s not an “accomplishment” we should be proud of. It’s a travesty of justice for which we will have to give an account.

Inventing Constitutional Rights

In Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court “discovered” a “constitutional right” that does not exist, and it denied the rights of unborn children completely. That so-called “constitutional right” was made up out of thin air in response to a bogus claim by a litigant. That Supreme Court precedent became the law of the land for almost 50 years.

Roe v. Wade was an end run around the Constitution by “liberal progressives” who knew that the American public would never condone the murder of innocent, unborn children.

On Friday, June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. It did not rewrite the law. That decision was the culmination of almost 50 years of work to right a wrong. During that time, more than 60,000,000 innocent, unborn American children were murdered by their mothers. That is a wrong that can’t be made right.

If legalizing the premeditated murder of unborn children had been permitted to stand, what would have happened if the Supreme Court determined that killing old people, for example, is legal, too. I’m not talking about killing old people who want to die. I’m talking about killing old people simply because they are old and have outlived their usefulness to society.

That’s barbarism, a complete lack of culture and civilization. It’s grotesque evil, but we were heading in that direction.

And what about killing people because of their sex, religion, race, ethnicity, or whatever? Could the Supreme Court legalize killing anyone for any reason? If Roe v. Wade had been allowed to stand, the answer would have been yes.

Killing people without the due process of law is expressly forbidden in the Constitution. The Supreme Court ignored that constitutional protection in Roe v. Wade. Eventually, ignoring that protection would have had dire, unpredictable consequences that are too horrific to contemplate.

Enter Kamala Harris

According to the article at the top of this SnyderTalk editorial, “Vice President Kamala Harris commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision by imploring Americans to work to enshrine abortion rights into law.”

I think that makes Kamala Harris an evil monster on a par with Adolf Hitler. She wants to “enshrine” premeditated murder by passing laws in Congress to make it legal to kill unborn children. That’s the kind of thing Hitler would have done to kill off people he believed had no right to live.

Can Congress do that?

Yes. Congress can do anything it wants to do.

Will Congress do that?

At this point, I doubt it, but what about next year or the year after that? Nobody knows. Congress is notorious for doing things that make no sense and things that are blatantly wrong. At some point, I believe Congress will try legalize abortion on demand, and they will succeed unless we stop them.

Problem is, each year the American public becomes more callous. Down the road a bit, what Americans will condone is anybody’s guess. Based on what I see, I am not optimistic about our future. Things can change and things must change if we are to have any hope of saving our democracy and protecting our people.

If Congress did vote to allow the murder of innocent, unborn children, would it stand?

Yes, unless the Supreme Court intervened to stop it. That’s why “liberal progressives” like Kamala Harris are so upset about the current composition of the Supreme Court. She has murder on her mind, and the Supreme Court stands in her way.

The same is true for the Democrat Party. It has murder on its mind, and the Supreme Court stands in its way.

Truth Be Told

Truth be told, this debate isn’t about protecting the lives of unborn children. It’s about the sanctity of human life, period.

Kamala Harris and “liberal progressives” like her believe that life matters and is worth protecting only if it’s life that they prefer. Unborn children are their targets today. Tomorrow, old people or Christians or any one of many other groups may be their targets.

Where does that kind of thinking take us as a society? Actually, thanks to Adolf Hitler, we know where that leads.

The Nuremberg Laws

The Nuremberg Laws were enacted by the Nazi Party in Germany during the Nuremberg Rally on September, 15 1935. At the core, they were anti-Semitic and racist. In essence, they deprived Jews and others of “non-Arian descent” of their rights under Germany law as human beings and German citizens.

The Nuremberg Laws made the extermination of Jews legal. As a result of the Nuremberg Laws, Nazis exterminated more than 6,000,000 Jews legally.

After World War II, we called it “the Holocaust” because it was so offensive and contrary to human decency. But again, while the killing was taking place, it was legal according to German law.

That’s exactly what Roe v. Wade did in the United States. For almost 50 years, abortion on demand was legal in the U.S. During that time, more than 60,000,000 healthy, unborn children in the U.S. were slaughtered by their healthy mothers, and they did it legally.

Think of Roe v. Wade as the Holocaust times 10.

Look at California

Consider what is taking place in California today:

California abortion advocates are ramming their radical abortion agenda through the state legislature at warp speed. Planned Parenthood is already leading a cabal of more than forty pro-abortion organizations to push a fully funded “Future of Abortion” in California at taxpayers’ expense. And Governor Newsom has promised to make California a “sanctuary state” for abortion.

Abortion legislators have already proposed more than twelve pro-abortion bills during the current legislative cycle to fully fund their atrocious and sweeping attack on the most innocent people among us. One of those bills, AB 2223, actually legalizes infanticide, potentially allowing the killing of a baby up to two months old.

Introduced in February as a placeholder for future legislative language, the authors of the bill submitted updated language on March 17th that would amend existing state laws.

At first glance, AB 2223 simply continues a radical march toward “inclusiveness,” by updating gender specific language – replacing words like “woman” with “pregnant person.” But AB 2223 doesn’t stop there.

AB 2223 literally decriminalizes infanticide — the killing of babies up to a month old and maybe older. It does this by eliminating civil and criminal penalties for abortions including “perinatal death.” The bill doesn’t define the term “perinatal” – but it doesn’t have to.

In California, “liberal progressives” are trying to legalize murdering infants many days after they are born. Why just days? If legalizing murder days after a child is born is condoned, why not 2 or 3 years after a child is born?

Again, this issue is not about legalizing abortion. It’s about the sanctity of human life. At this point, it’s focused on the rights of unborn children, but what about tomorrow? Who’s next? Will it be Jews or some other ethnic group or old people? It’s anybody’s guess.

Don’t say, “That can’t happen in the United States.”

I did happen in the United States in 1973. It’s called “Roe v. Wade”.

Jewish People in the U.S. Need to Wake Up

If you are a Jewish person, ask yourself this question: Would the U.S. Congress ever pass laws that deprive people of Jewish descent of the rights accorded to them by the Constitution?

The answer to that question should be obvious. It happened in Germany, and it could happen here. If it happened here, your lives would be in jeopardy until the Supreme Court declared the law unconstitutional.

It took the Supreme Court almost 50 years to overturn Roe v. Wade. Fifty years is a long time. Are you sure you want to support people who could strip you of your human rights and would do it if they thought it was to their political advantage?

Watch Out America

When Yahweh judges America, watch out.

“I am the good shepherd. I know My sheep and My sheep know Me — just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father — and I lay down My life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also. They too will listen to My voice, and there shall be one flock and one Shepherd. The reason My Father loves Me is that I lay down My life — only to take it up again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from My Father.”
