“Seek Yahweh while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him. Turn to our Elohim, for He will abundantly pardon.”

Psalm 83: My Prayer for Israel and the United States

Psalm 83 is my prayer to Yahweh for Israel and the United States.

The evil among us are giddy with excitement. They rejoice in making our countries as depraved and as wicked as they are. They are evil to the core of their beings.

It is time for Yahweh to teach His enemies lessons that they can never forget. Let people watch what happens in astonishment and fear.

Below is Psalm 83 in its entirety:

O Elohim, do not remain silent. Do not turn a deaf ear. Do not stand aloof, O Elohim.

See how Your enemies growl, how Your foes rear their heads. With cunning they conspire against Your people. They plot against those You cherish.

“Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.”

With one mind they plot together. They form an alliance against You—the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, Byblos, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre. Even Assyria has joined them to reinforce Lot’s descendants.

Do to them as You did to Midian, as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the river Kishon, who perished at Endor and became like dung on the ground. Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, who said, “Let us take possession of the pasturelands of Elohim.”

Make them like tumbleweed, my Elohim, like chaff before the wind. As fire consumes the forest or a flame sets the mountains ablaze, so pursue them with your tempest and terrify them with your storm. Cover their faces with shame, O Yahweh, so that they will seek Your Name.

May they ever be ashamed and dismayed. May they perish in disgrace. Let them know that You, whose Name is Yahweh—that You alone are the Most High over all the earth.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.”

John 17: 22-24
