To Incite
To incite means to encourage or stir up violent or unlawful behavior.

Abet, foment, and instigate.
Democrats are Inciting Crimes
At this moment, Democrat-controlled militia groups are inflicting violence on innocent citizens in Democrat-run cities across America. They have been doing it non-stop for months.
Democrat elected officials in those cities have defended the rioters’ right to “peacefully protest” and have done nothing to stop the violence unless it reached their own doorsteps.
Those same Democrat elected officials have done everything they can do to prevent President Trump from sending in federal law enforcement officials to protect federal property.
Until a few days ago, Democrat Party leaders from top to bottom encouraged the rioters to continue burning, looting, and killing. They didn’t even criticize the criminals until polling data suggested that the violence will hurt Democrats in the November election.

How is that not inciting?
How is that not abetting?
How is that not fomenting?
How is that not instigating?
How is that not a crime that is punishable by law?
How is that not organized crime?
How is that not a violation of RICO statutes?
