The Hill—Pressure rising on GOP after Trump–DOJ fight’s latest turn:
Republican senators who have warned the White House for months not to interfere with special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation are coming under new pressure given President Trump’s latest demands for the Department of Justice.
Republican senators believe that if Trump fired Mueller or obviously interfered in his investigation, it would backfire politically and potentially hurt their chances of keeping control of Congress.
They want to avoid an all-out war between Trump and Justice that might draw parallels to the Nixon-era “Saturday Night Massacre,” when senior department officials resigned instead of complying with orders to fire a special counsel.
“I don’t like seeing demands made, especially about political issues,” Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) said Monday in reaction to Trump’s demand that the Department of Justice investigate the FBI’s use of an informant during its investigation of the 2016 election.
“I don’t think it’s a good idea. I think it’s better to allow the Department of Justice to make its own decisions and not comment,” said Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine).
The possibility of a standoff between the White House and Justice that would evoke the firing of Watergate-era special prosecutor Archibald Cox faded for the time being on Monday when officials said the president had agreed to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s decision to refer the matter to the department’s inspector general.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a statement that Justice, FBI and intelligence officials reached an agreement with Trump during a meeting Monday afternoon that the inspector general should “expand its current investigation to include any irregularities with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s or the Department of Justice’s tactics concerning the Trump Campaign.”

The establishment media and establishment politicians from both parties are just as off base now as they were when they “knew” that President Trump didn’t have a chance of being elected.
Finally, the president is listening to the right people.
Our nation needs a fight with the DOJ and the FBI. They have become cesspools. They need to be overhauled. That means heads have to roll, and some of our appointed officials need to be in prison. Some of our elected officials (current and former) need to be in prison, too. Barack Obama is at the top of that list.
Yahweh is about to do some amazing things. Sit back and enjoy the show.
We didn’t get to watch Him part the Red Sea, but we are going to get to watch Him bring down a slew of corrupt politicians and officials in the DOJ and the FBI.
What is going to happen is as much for the president’s education as anything else. President Trump is about to learn that Yahweh is his source of strength. The president’s faith is growing.
Do you know how steel is hardened? It’s heated and cooled and beaten repeatedly. That’s what President Trump has been going through since the day he won the GOP nomination. Those doing the beating were breaking the law. Now they will have to pay the price.
I told you before that the move of the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem was a big deal. That demonstration of faith by President Trump had to happen. Absent that faithful act, his enemies would not have been exposed. Now they will be exposed, and our country and the world will be blessed because of what the president did.
Yahweh’s enemies, especially corrupt politicians (current and former) and criminals in the DOJ and FBI, are about to learn a lesson they will never be able to forget.

Nancy Pelosi is a person to watch. She is rotten to the core. She is the personification of the Democrat Party, the Party of Perversity. By the time the mid-term elections roll around, the show’s first act will be drawing to a close, but there will be much more to come. I expect a rapid succession amazing events, just like the Exodus. We will see things that decent people thought would never happen.
Finally, Yahweh’s people have had enough. It’s been a long time coming.
Our prayers matter. So do our actions. Don’t sit on your hands. Do your part.
